01What does Leqiqu manufacture?
Leqiqu Plush Toy Factory focuses on detail-sensitive 10–20 cm custom plush OEM/ODM for original IP, brand mascots and creative merchandise, beginning with feasibility review before sampling and production.
02Is there a minimum order quantity for custom plush?
There is no uniform MOQ. Workable quantity is evaluated from finished size, construction, material customization, embroidery or printing and requested volume, then confirmed during feasibility and quotation.
03How long does plush sampling take?
After artwork, target size, material direction and key methods are confirmed, one regular sampling round uses a 5–7 working-day reference. Revisions, dyeing, components, courier and laboratory time are separate.
04How long does bulk plush production take?
After the approved sample, production fabric, methods, quantity and packing are locked, bulk production uses a 15–20 day reference. Inspection, rework, testing, holidays and logistics are separate.
05Why is 10–20 cm custom plush difficult?
Seam allowance, line weight and pile occupy a larger proportion. A roughly 2 mm seam shift may change a 12 cm expression, while about 1 mm of eye-spacing change may be visible.
06Can a 10–15 cm plush use embroidery?
Yes, subject to a physical sew-out. Line complexity, fabric stability, pile, backing and stuffed curvature affect the result. Untested universal minimum widths or density limits are not published.
07What pile height suits a small plush?
A 10–15 cm design commonly starts by evaluating 1–1.5 pile. Above 3, pile is more likely to cover eyes, mouth lines and seam definition, so longer surfaces require physical sampling.
08How many fabric types are regularly stocked?
Leqiqu keeps 18+ fabric types in regular stock. This does not mean every colour, weight or testing status is always available; special colour and custom dyeing are confirmed per project.
09Which plush fabrics are commonly used?
Common families include crystal super-soft, Anlun super-soft, PV plush, velboa, sherpa, corduroy, velvet, flocked and suede-like fabrics. Backing, density, direction, stretch and physical colour still need review.
10Embroidery or printing: how do I choose?
Embroidery suits clear lines and stitched texture; printing suits gradients and complex flat detail; appliqué suits larger colour or material zones. Choose by size, fabric and finished readability.
11What should a quote request include?
Provide front, side and back artwork where available, target size, estimated quantity, use, delivery region, and any material, packing or testing requirements. Mark non-negotiable and adjustable details.
12What if the first sample does not look right?
Separate pattern volume, fabric stretch, pile, embroidery, stuffing and curved-surface placement problems. Revision notes should identify location, symptom, target and priority before changing the responsible variable.
13What should be checked on an approval sample?
Review silhouette, proportion, posture and expression first, then fabric, colour, embroidery or print, components, labels and packing. Retain the sample, photos, dimensions and revision record.
14How is sample-to-bulk consistency controlled?
Lock production fabric, key colours, dimensions, methods, components and inspection references. Reasonable manual variation exists, so the project should define the features that must remain stable.
15What is checked during bulk inspection?
Review appearance, key dimensions, seams, decoration, attachment, metal detection, colourfastness, labels, packing and counts. Where agreed, sampling may reference AQL 2.5/4.0 with zero critical defects.
16What attachment-force reference is used?
An industry reference of ≥70 N may be used for applicable eye, nose or other attachment checks. Method, duration and judgment remain subject to the destination standard and customer requirement.
17Can EU testing be arranged?
After requirements are confirmed, applicable third-party work may include EN 71-1, EN 71-2, EN 71-3 and REACH SVHC. A qualified laboratory confirms clauses and scope.
18Can US testing be arranged?
Applicable work may involve ASTM F963, CPSIA lead and phthalate requirements and CPC documentation where required. Product, intended age, materials and sales route determine scope.
19What applies to Japan and South Korea?
Japan commonly uses the ST framework and South Korea KC requirements. A qualified third-party laboratory should confirm the current version, clauses, specimens and labeling for the actual product.
20Is Leqiqu a universally certified factory?
Leqiqu does not make that claim. It can arrange applicable testing by the customer's target market and support qualified third-party laboratory submission after scope is confirmed.
21What is the production scale?
Leqiqu has 80+ in-house people and long-term collaborative external production lines involving 300+ people. These figures describe production organization, not a fixed daily-output claim.
22When was the factory established?
Leqiqu Plush Toy Factory began on 15 March 2006. Its current operating legal entity, Foshan Nanhai District Leqiqu Toys Co., Ltd., was established on 22 June 2016.
23Why are client cases not displayed?
Original IP, unreleased products, patterns, quotations and orders may be confidential. The site uses public production knowledge, parameters and process explanations instead of unauthorized client disclosure.
