A clear front view is a starting point. If the back, side, tail or other parts differ, share those as well. Without complete views, three-dimensional construction is based on assumptions and revision risk increases.
Target size changes the project
Size affects facial spacing, embroidery weight, fabric texture, stuffing and packaging. The same character at keychain, display-toy and cushion scales may require different patterns and methods.
Share estimated quantity and use together
Quantity affects material planning and technique choices. Intended use affects what matters about hanging parts, components, packing and durability. These details support a realistic project path rather than an unconditional promise.
Put existing requirements in the brief
- Any color reference, fabric preference or packaging concept already decided.
- Delivery region and any known testing or compliance requirement.
- Which design details are non-negotiable and which can be adjusted.
Why a clear brief matters
A brief does not replace prototyping. It gives both sides one target to discuss: the intended scale, user and details that matter most. Better inputs make it easier to resolve changes during sampling rather than after production begins.
Turn the decision into verifiable inputs
Align artwork version, finished size, estimated quantity, intended use and sales market before discussing fabric, decoration, attachments and packing. Without those inputs, price, time and fidelity do not describe one executable project.
For 10–20 cm work, pattern volume, facial spacing, pile and stuffed curvature interact. Leqiqu keeps 18+ fabric types in regular stock, while the physical swatch, approved sample and destination requirements govern the final choice.

Reduce information loss from sample to production
Sampling converts flat assumptions into a physical object. Review silhouette, proportion and expression first, then material, colour, stitching, components and packing. Revision notes should identify location, symptom and target.
After approval, align production fabric, key dimensions, methods and inspection points. Leqiqu can arrange applicable market-specific testing and third-party laboratory submission after requirements are confirmed; this is not a universal certification claim.
Client artwork, quotations and order information remain confidential. Public guidance uses general production reasoning and confirmed public Leqiqu parameters rather than unauthorized cases.
