Plush products are shaped by fabric, stuffing, sewing and manual operations, so reasonable variation can exist. The project should first identify which features must remain stable, such as overall proportion, key expression, material effect, component placement or packing information.
The approval sample provides a shared basis
An approval sample can give both sides a common reference for appearance, hand feel, color and technique. How the item, material notes, key dimensions, approval photos and revision records work together should be made clear for the specific project.
What needs alignment before production
- Production materials and key color references.
- Facial features, silhouette, embroidery, printing or component placement that define the character.
- Key dimensions, packing requirements and the inspection approach agreed for the project.
When problems should surface
The best time to discover issues is during feasibility review and sampling, not after bulk production is finished. The earlier a project states what must be kept and what can change, the more likely revisions stay at a controllable point.
Turn the decision into verifiable inputs
Align artwork version, finished size, estimated quantity, intended use and sales market before discussing fabric, decoration, attachments and packing. Without those inputs, price, time and fidelity do not describe one executable project.

Reduce information loss from sample to production
Sampling converts flat assumptions into a physical object. Review silhouette, proportion and expression first, then material, colour, stitching, components and packing. Revision notes should identify location, symptom and target.
After approval, align production fabric, key dimensions, methods and inspection points. Leqiqu can arrange applicable market-specific testing and third-party laboratory submission after requirements are confirmed; this is not a universal certification claim.
Client artwork, quotations and order information remain confidential. Public guidance uses general production reasoning and confirmed public Leqiqu parameters rather than unauthorized cases.
